Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of othilapak.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Guangzhou Jiaxing Glass Products Co., Ltd. (广州佳兴玻璃制品有限公司), trading as Othilapak ("Othilapak", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Othilapak is part of Jarsking Group. Where relevant to a project, product development, manufacturing, quality documentation, or fulfilment may involve the appropriate Jarsking Group entity.
1. This Website is for business enquiries
Othilapak presents cosmetic, skincare, makeup, personal-care, and related packaging options for business customers. The Website is not an online shop. A product page, catalogue image, enquiry form, or request for a quotation does not create a contract or constitute an offer to sell.
Packaging is commonly supplied to an agreed drawing, approved sample, artwork file, and order specification. Price, order quantity, production timing, materials, decoration, closure configuration, testing, and shipping terms must be confirmed in the written quotation and order documents for the relevant project.
2. Enquiries, quotations, and orders
When you send an enquiry, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the business you identify. Please do not send confidential formula information, unreleased designs, or other sensitive materials until the appropriate confidentiality arrangements are in place.
Unless a quotation says otherwise, it is an invitation to discuss a project, not a binding acceptance of an order. A supply arrangement becomes binding only when Othilapak or the relevant contracting entity confirms the order in writing. If a purchase order, pro forma invoice, manufacturing agreement, approved technical drawing, or other project document conflicts with these Terms, the project document controls for that order.
3. Product information, images, and samples
Images, renders, and product descriptions help you compare available packaging directions. They are not production specifications. Screen settings, lighting, resin or glass batches, decoration processes, and component assembly can affect the appearance of the finished pack.
Before production approval, buyers should confirm the technical drawing, nominal capacity, material, closure, colour standard, decoration artwork, and the validation needed for the intended formula and filling process. Where an approved production sample or signed technical specification exists, that approved reference takes priority over a website image or generic catalogue description.
Products shown in project galleries may have been developed for a particular customer. Their configuration, decoration, tooling, and commercial terms may not be available for another project.
4. Formula, component, and regulatory validation
Othilapak can discuss packaging configurations and available documentation, but formula compatibility, filling-line suitability, consumer-product safety, labelling, and market compliance depend on the exact product, component set, use conditions, and destination market.
You are responsible for providing relevant formula and use information and for obtaining the testing, regulatory assessment, and approvals required for your finished product. A component that fits a bottle or passes a test with water should not be treated as approved for every formula or market.
5. Intellectual property and confidential materials
All Website content, including text, photographs, renders, layouts, and the Othilapak name and visual assets, is owned by or licensed to Othilapak. You may view the Website and share links to it for legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, or use its content commercially without prior written permission.
Designs, drawings, specifications, artwork, and other materials that you provide remain subject to the ownership and licence terms agreed for your project. If Othilapak develops concepts, tooling, or artwork, the ownership and permitted use of that work must be set out in the applicable written agreement. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement, request it before sharing sensitive information.
6. Acceptable use
